Mission Statement

The mission of the Parking and Transportation Services department is to provide access to University programs and services through management of the University’s transportation resources.

The goal of the Parking and Transportation Services department is to create a multi-modal campus to help faculty, staff, students and visitors reach their destinations. The department manages parking and transportation resources to meet these goals. This includes creating a safe environment for walking, biking, riding a bus, or driving a vehicle.

Hours of Operation

We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

The main telephone line is answered until 6:00pm.

Parking and Transportation Services is located between the Campbell Lane Lot and South Campus, next to the Hattie L. Preston Intramural Sports Complex .

To reach the Parking and Transportation Services office:

• From I-65 take exit 23 (William Natcher Pkwy.)
• From William Natcher Pkwy. take exit 4 (31W)
• Travel north on 31W for approximately 2 miles to the intersection of Campbell Lane (Walgreen’s on corner)
• Turn left onto Campbell Lane.
• Travel ¼ mile and turn right into PTS parking lot.

Parking lot & Office are located next to the Intramural Sports Fields.

We are located on the University’s South Campus approximately ¼ mile west of the intersection of Campbell Lane and Nashville Road (31W). A regional map to WKU campus is available by clicking here.
